Safety

Think and act in a safe manner. Always disconnect power and use a lockout before you work on the E-coat system, or any of the related subsystems. Observe any confined space conditions. Use the appropriate safety equipment and clothing for the task. Please carefully read all the instructions listed below to familiarize yourself with the project before attempting to perform any of the work.

Required Materials

• PN 095059 Bulkhead
• PN 850003 Plug
• PN 330001 Bolt
• PN 340001 Nut
• PN 350001 Washer
• Epoxy

Required Tools

• File (to de-burr tab if necessary)
• 1/2” Wrench
• 17 mm Wrench

General

Please use the following instructions to install P/N 095059 Bulkhead on to P/N 704006 ME Cell

Step 1

Insert Plug into Boss on Side of ME Cell.

Step 2

Make sure holes in Anodes have no burrs. If burrs are present, file them down to allow easy installation of Bulkhead

Step 3

Slip supply tubing into hole in Bulkhead and pull tubing thru hole and align Anode Tab with the slot in Bulkhead.

Step 4

When Anode Tab is aligned with slot in Bulkhead, push Bulkhead into top of P/N 704006 until both Anode Tab holes are Exposed.

Step 5

Connect return tubing to hose barb on P/N 704006.

Step 6

Make your electrical connection. Connect pigtail to P/N 704006 using P/N 330001, P/N 340001 and P/N 350001.
