Safety

Think and act in a safe manner. Always disconnect power and use a lockout before you work on the E-coat system, or any of the related subsystems. Observe any confined space conditions. Use the appropriate safety equipment and clothing for the task. Please carefully read all the instructions listed below to familiarize yourself with the project before attempting to perform any of the work.

Required Materials

• Heavy Body Primer
• Heavy Body Cement

Required Tools

• Adjustable Wrench
• Pipe wrench

Step 1

Tape the 2” stainless steel nipple on the tank to the screw on the female adapter P/N 835020.

Step 2

Tape and insert the hose adapters P/N 090004 into the 20 locations at 1/4” NPT on the Return Manifold.

Step 3

Tape and insert the Hose Adapter P/N 090025 and thread into the location with 3/8” NPT (vent hole).

Step 4

Using heavy body primer and cement, position the Manifold Assembly in the desired location and insert into the female adapter. Make sure to apply the primer twice to insure a good bond.
